Cathe - question from a five-year old

My five-year old daughter (Emerald) wanted me to ask "Cathe Threedrick" how she got her muscles. I said, "Baby, I can tell you how she got her muscles." Emerald said, "No Mommy, it's not the same."

Another thing.............When Emerald found out that I had a username, she wanted one too. The username that she thought of was "Emerald the supergirl of exercising."

My little girl is turning 5 on 7/31...she is also questions everything and sometimes Mommy is just not a "good" enough source for the answers! They become independent too quickly!

I hope Cathe sees this. I'm sure she'll get a kick out of our kids. :)

My son (now 4) calls Cathe "Caffee." He says "She's stwong. She has biiig muscles!"

OMG, I wish I would have thought of that user name before your DD! That is wonderful. No problems with self-image there, huh?

My 6 month old grandson is taken with you too Cathe. He'll sit in his swing and watch you while I workout. Normally he hates the swing, so this is something to write home about.

DH came up with it after we went to the Fort Worth Gem and Mineral Show. I loved the name. A little bit later, he thought of a middle name.........which I also loved.

Emerald Essence was the perfect name for our DD.
