There's so much missleading information on weight loss and what eating plan to follow. I was wondering if you could post some basic guide lines as to what eating plan you and the people in your videos follow or a sample of your daily menu, sicne you guys are the prove that it works.
Do you count calories? Avoid sertain foods? ..etc.
