Hi Cathe!! I just did RS this morning and I was noticing how beautiful your back and shoulders look. I was just wondering if this development was from the S&H type training? I was considering adding some machine training to my back and shoulder work (like pulldowns and rows and some rear delt work) so that I have more definition in my back. What do you do for your back and shoulder training?? Thanks for all of your help!!!

Hi Sara! Thank you for the compliment! Since you have access to machines, I would suggest the lat pull down machine, assisted pull up machine, and cable rows for back. For shoulders I would suggest the rear delt machine, in addition to the traditional shoulder exercises. Good Luck!
 
Thank you so much Cathe!! Those were the exact exercises I was thinking of - except the assisted pull-up machine! Those are my least favorite - probably the ones that I need the most!!! :) Have a great week and thank you for always being there for your adoring "fan Club!!"
