I have been using your workouts for a few years now. My main cardio is running -- between 25 and 30 miles a week. I also do your strength workouts 3 times a week and your cardio workouts (IMAXes and Step Blast) twice a week.
I need help slimming down my lower body and reduce my tummy pooch. I just had a baby about 6 months ago, and I am down to my pre-pregnancy weight. I am petite -- "almost" 5 feet tall, and weighing 92 pounds. I don't think I need to reduce my weight anymore, but I do want to slim down my lower body. Somehow, all the running doesn't seem to slim down my legs as it should
What modification to my workouts should I implement ?
