Hi Cathe. I have a one year old daughter and she loves to dance. She hears a song and starts rocking back and forth, but if I turn on one of your workouts she goes CRAZY!!! She watches you and starts bouncing up and down and spinning in circles. Sometimes she gets so worked up that she falls over. It is just so funny and I had to tell you because nothing gets her going like your workouts do. She will be doing something else entirely, but as soon as she hears one of your workouts she drops whatever she's doing and starts getting busy. I will turn her into a little Catheite before you know it.
