Hi Cathe - Hope all is okay.

I am a guy and have recently started doing your DVD (Pure Strength series). Just the upper body stuff for now (1. Back & Biceps, 2. Chest & Triceps). I have a slight knee problem and so will try the lower body DVD later.

Any tips on 2 issues?

Issue 1 - Can I assume that whatever you are doing works for me as well, all I have to do is increase weights (esp. for shrugs) a wee bit (only if required) to make it continually challenging?

Issue 2 - What do I do about my forearms and wrists? I am not too sure those are getting worked.

Otherwise it is all good and your DVDs are moving me in the right direction.
