Hi Cathe, I gather it's your Birthday, hope it was a great one, I love birthdays!! I need your advice on how to really get to the tricep and pull that muscle in, right from the very top of the arm all the way to the elbow. The rest of my arms are fine, I've got good bicep and shoulder definition but, the backs of my arms really let me down ;( Could you suggest a series of exercises (really focusing on the very top part of the muscle) that would help me? It's hard to get motivated when you put so much effort in not to get results, I hope you can help, Thanks, Fiona
