cathe, i love PUB and PLB! one question

hi cathe! i love the pyramids and would like to thank you for putting together these great workouts and SO many others!!! you're such an inspiration, motivating, and fun!! i have one question: to get lean and increase muscle definition with out adding any bulk, how many times per week should i do the pyramids? i do them in their entirety (pyramid up and down). should i also incorporate some circuit work or an endurance workout or pure strength workout to get to my goals? i do cardio 5 days per week for at least 40 mins (your dvds). thanks for your help.
