Cathe, how to increase joint strength/flexibility?

Hi, Cathe:

Do you have any exercise suggestions for improving joint strength and flexibility? I am thinking specifically of elbow and wrist joints... I know you sometimes do wrist curls in the weight workouts, but what would you recommend for the elbow joint? Mine is weak from years of incorrectly torquing at the joint doing kickbacks...
