Cathe...can you give me some advice?

Hi Cathe,

I hope that you had a nice time in Florida. I visited Jacksonville and Orlando(did the Disney thing with the kiddies) a couple of weeks ago and almost didn't come back to Jersey :)!

Anyways, I need some advice. I've been working out consistently for about 8 weeks now and seeing superb results (more muscle, body fat loss). I'm 5'6", weighing 138.5. Right now I'm alternating 3 cardio (60 min) and 3 weight tapes with one rest day per week. My goal is 130. My problem area is my waistline and tummy (I'm an apple...my waist measurement is 29 inches...i would like to lose about 3-4 more inches). My eating habits are really good although I do allow myself a cheat day (never going over 2000 calories) once per week.

Am I on the right track here? Can you offer some suggests (if needed) that may help me reach my goal? I'm not in a great rush to get to 130. I just want to continue to see steady improvement.
