Are there any plans to incorporate BOSU into your workouts?...perhaps having someone do modifications using a BOSU? I am going start doing some of your abdominal and plank workouts on the BOSU.

Hi Rhonda! Well, never say never, however I do not have any immediate future plans for a Bosu VHS/DVD. The main reason is that many fitness enthusiasts do not own one. If that should change down the road, I'm sure I would consider the possibility. Take Care!

Re the Bosu, I heard that one website (Allegro Medical) sold 600 Bosu's in one week. They were so backordered that they took the item off their website until they could catch up with the shipments (they still are!) That's only one website! and in one week! So I'm not sure that your conclusion that alot of us home fitness enthusiasts don't own that piece of equipment is correct!

I would love to see you do a workout that incorporates the Bosu!
