I just wanted to say thank you to Cathe. Thanks to your hard work and dedication. You helped me break a weight loss plateau (I had been stuck at for 2 years) and change my body for the better. I love all your workouts. I actually look forward to working out with you. In all your workouts there is always a place where you say something that makes me smile.
Keep up the great work. You are the BEST!!!!!!!!
