best workout advise

Hi Cathe. I wanted to find out what your thought of people working out 2 - 3 times a day. I am currently unemployed and have the time to dedicate. I was thinking cardio & Abs in the am, weights in the afternoon, and yoga or another cardio in the eve. I am trying to loose weight and build lean muscle. I am currently doing the S&H and using an elliptical machine for most of the cardio this month. I am trying to keep my calories under 1500 a day.

If anyone else works out more than once a day, how is it working for you? Is it too much?
