Beginners

Hi Cathe!
I just got a stepper a couple of days ago at K-Mart, that came with your video "Cross Train Xpress". I love it, but from what I see, it's for the more advanced trainers, and I'm having a bit of a problem getting all those steps together. Do you have any videos for beginners and where can I purchase one? Thanks for your help!

Hi and welcome Klyn. I don't have an actual beginner tape but I do have step tapes that would be easier to learn than this particular workout. I suggest Step Max or Step Heat. Good Luck!
