Am I doing the Leg Band Presses & Tricep Dumbell Presse...

Hi Cathe,

I love Muscle Max! Man, is it tough but so worth it - I'm seeing more muscle definition! This is my 4th time doing it and I'm finally not shaking as much after each workout.

My questions are, when I'm doing the Leg Band Presses you say we should be feeling it in the gluteus. I do feel it there somewhat but I mostly feel it in my quads. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried pressing more into my heel and that does seem to help some. I have my step set at 12 inches height when doing the exercise.

Also, when doing the triceps dumbbell presses I seem to feel those more in my biceps! Am I doing something wrong there too? I'm using 15 lbs right along with you.
