Honeybunch - with ya on the I-Max tape! Do you ever try to extend the intervals with a few extra vertical jumps, plyo jacks, plyo lunges, etc.? I do, and I always go "neener, neener, neener!"
Take all the I-Max intervals you fear the most, and do 8 more reps of each of them!
For me -
Interval #2 (16 more vertical jumps)
Interval #4 (8 more plyo jacks at the end)
Interval #5 (8 more plyo jacks at the end)
Interval #6 (8 each more side leaps at the end)
Interval #8 (8 more plyo lunges {Power Scissors} at the end)
Interval #10 The Doom Interval: go into the airborne jacks + tuck jumps while Cathe is demonstrating the side leaps + floor jacks.
