Abs workout - How often

hello, Cathe? How often should I do abs or core workouts?

I am not sure if everyday is okay, or every other day, or just 3 times a week.

I get results from two ab training sessions per week. I'm sure everyone is different though.

Hi Mommy & Cake Baker! You will hear various opinions on this from expert to expert as well as enthusiast to enthusiast. I personally don't think you need to work core more than three times per week non-consecutively. Especially if you are using a form of resistance with your exercises (ie: weight plate held across your chest) and varying your exercise selections. For me...I like to make each workout different. Some days I do high rep NO weight resistance workouts, some days I do moderate rep WITH weight resistance workouts, somedays I hit all areas of the abs, and sometimes I split up days and hit just obliques, and then on another day all lower and upper. Mix it up :)
