Ab Doer

Hi Cathe,
Just wondering if you are familiar with the ab-doer? Do you know if this machine is more benificial than standard ab floorwork? I really like your "XPRESS" tapes. I hope they will help me lose 20 lbs!!!

I think I read a report on the Ab Doer in Fitness magazine and they said it was not worth the money.

I saw a report on one of those news shows, maybe Dateline or 20/20 and they did a report where they tested alot of those infomercial products and they found that most of them don't work, at least not very well.

I read an article about Alicia from the Survivor series. She said the secret to great abs is in the kitchen, not the gym.

I think, like many infomercial products, the abdoer would be somewhat effective for someone who otherwise would do no ab work (and that's not anyone on Cathe's forum, n'est-ce pas?). The idea of "aerobic abwork" sounds like hooey to me! (Got to say though, the moves look fun to do!).
