6 pack order

Hi Cathe,

I'm doing the 6 pack this week and am wondering about the order of the tapes. Yes I'm one of those anal engineering types. I have to do everything in order. Are they intended to be done in the volume order? The reason I ask is my triceps were quite sore after volumes 1 and 2. Then Volume 3 had the tricep work. Tomorrow I will do Volume 5 which I've heard can causes soreness in the legs and then will follow it up with "Leaner Legs"?? BTW I'm in love with the 6 pack. I love the short intense cardio sections. This really seems like an efficient rotation for busy moms!!!

Hi Laurie!

There really is no specific order. You may want to do Lean Legs after two of the other tapes to give your upper body a rest. Then you may also want to do other tapes besides Power Circuit right after or before Lean Legs since Power Circuit also uses so much leg. Have Fun!
