4 day split - 2-disc DVD case - a question

I'd like to replace the 2-disk holder of my 4 Day Split DVD's because the exterior surface has been scratched. No damage to the DVD's or the title paper inside of it but I can't stand the scratches. (I'm not even sure what caused them!)

Any suggestions on where I can find a good replacement DVD case for my 4 Day Split DVD's??
