Uploading a download previously purchase onto Workout blender

Hi,

I purchase a download last year and would now like to upload it to my workout blender I have just downloaded and installed to my computer.

I still have the e-mail link of the purchase.

How do I upload the file. I watched the tutorial but nothing cover purchase previously made.
