I just moved from San Diego to Ohio...needless to say I'm itching to get back
 And what better reason to do so? I have never been on one of the road trips before and I just want to make sure I completely understand. So a total of $299 deposit, plus the $150 a night room and that's it right?

Yes, the only thing you're responsible for besides our $299 fee, is your hotel bill. Your $299 fee will include five meals and all event activities.
