Just to ease your mind, yes you will have fun. Most of the people that go do not know each other, but once you get there and start meeting everyone, you will realize that you have so much in common and will relax and enjoy it so much. My first RT was in 2005. I had didn't know anyone. I met up an on-line friend for the the first time there and we had a blast. Since then I have been to the 2007, 2008, 2009 and Daytona Beach. Needless to say I'm hooked. I have made the most wonderful friends by going to the RTs. Meeting Cathe and being able to do live classes with her is one of the best experiences in my life. You will have fun.

I echo Jean's comments 150%. You will arrive not knowing anyone, and will leave with some lifelong friendships. I know I have. It's a great bonding experience filled with laughter and a shared passion in fitness.
