Question STS Meso 2 download

Hi I already own the full STS on DVD, but I want to down load just the upper body workouts from Meso 2 to use with the workout blender. I was wondering whether I should download all 8 of the upper body workouts, or given that a lot of the footage is repeated, it would make more sense just to down load one of each and then use the workout blender to create the full mesocycle? If so, any suggestions on which of the workouts I should download to make the most of the workout blender? Hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

A suggestion: print the relevant STS workout cards from the workout manager. Lay the related ones side by side (ie all Chest and Back) get a bunch of different coloured highligters and highlight each exercise in a specific colour (ie) barbell curls in red.

(or even better instead of printing just do this on the computer with the PDFs, you can highlight text in different colours)

Once your done you can see the overlap in specific exercises (sometimes the difference is only the order for example).

thanks for the suggestion, the new IRM feature that lists which disk each exercise correlates to is also helpful
