Hi. I'm on a Windows computer. When I download the Workout Blender and save it to my desktop, all seems fine. When I click on it to install, it opens iTunes and nothing else happens. When I try to open it using Adobe (I think someone mentioned this somewhere???), it says there is a problem with the file. I've tried twice now and the same things happens...thoughts? Wisdom?

I figured this out. If anyone has this trouble, I had to right click on the Workout Blender icon on my desktop and go to properties and change the program I used to open it. I used Winzip which is a free download. I guess I didn't have a program like this on my computer already. Anyhoo, all is well and I'm off to make my own "premix" of the lower impact or modifiable sections of the HIIT workouts so I'll have my easy on the knees version!
