X10 Download Question

I have a quick question for SNM or any who as downloaded X10. Does the link let you download each individual x10 workout or does it download all together and just run as one complete workout. Hope that makes sense.

The link downloads as one complete video. You can later make your own premixes using the workout blender if you want to. There is a separate link for the instrumental music option, again downloads as a complete video.
