Questions re the new HiiT Series:

Good morning -

I noticed from the descriptions of "Low Impact HiiT" and "Plyo HiiT" that each will offer a "new and unique bonus core workout". Will there be ONE bonus core workout that appears on each of the Low Impact and Plyo Hiit discs, or will there be TWO bonus core workouts in the series?

Also, I noticed that the descriptions for "HiiT Circuit Upper Body" and "HiiT Lower Body" were almost exactly the same, with the obvious exception that one will be upper-body focused and the other will be lower-body focused. Will the cardio drills with which the weighted drills are interspersed be the same for each of the Upper Body and Lower Body workouts, or will there be different drills for each?

Bonus Core on Ripped With HiiT

As far as the two Ripped with HiiT Bonus Core workouts go, these will be two "different" bonus core workouts. Same is true for the drills for the two circuit workouts.
