Thanks so much for this new feature. I usually have to print them off from the website and tape them to the inside of the box. This is a great addition.
 
Thank you in advance for this feature, looking forward to these new work outs. I usually sit down with the Cathe 2007 catalog and go premix surfing :D
But of course the newer ones are not there, so this is great:)

Downloads and premixes

How do we download folks find out what chapters make up the premixes? I'd love for that to be posted somewhere, so I can use the Workout Blender and put them together. For me, this is the only downside to using downloads instead of DVD's. Other than that, happy camper here :D

Jann, thank you for posting that! However, what those of us with downloads actually need is the listing of chapters so we can put those premixes together ourselves, via the Blender. Maybe Cathe and crew would know?

There must be a listing of the chapters for the premixes somewhere - perhaps the company that burned the DVDs for you has it?
 
Premixes and Downloads

The way premix notes are used to to author a DVD is different from the way you would select them in the WB to create the same premix. But I'll try to work on this in a few weeks once things slow down a bit.
 
That is so generous of you, Jann! I'm thinking either an Intensity HiiT Low-Impact (Premix 4, 6, or 9) or Pre-Mix 1, 2, 3, or 4 (your choice) for Drill Max. Thank you so much!!
