...what happened to the chaptering? Cathe has spoiled me SO much with the precise chaptering that I come to expect with her DVDs. Usually, each exercise is chaptered and that makes it really easy to skip a particular exercise and/or add one specific exercise to the Workout Blender. :(

Oh well, I guess I'll have to use my fast forward button...;)
 
I was disappointed about the lack of chaptering, as well. Oh well, in the grand scheme of things, it's not a big deal.

You are right---Cathe has spoiled us.
 
I really like this kind of chaptering, especially on X-10. I can do the warm up on the first workout I do, skip the stretch and cool down, go directly to another one and skip it's warm up and do the workout and then do the stretch without having to go forward thru each exercise. It's funny how what one person really likes, the other doesn't! Oh well. Both have their advantages for sure.
