Default BPM of Triset Upper-Body workout?

Would love to know, as I'm planning on using the "no-music" option on this one and using my own music.
TIA!

How do you do the "no music option" on it? I really love the wo, but dislike the music. I'd like to use that option too. Thanks.

Default Audio Selection

Every DVD on the Main Menu has a "Audio Selection" title. Click on "Audio Selection" and then select "Vocals Only Mix". When you now click "Play" you will now only hear Cathe's voice. If you want to change this back just select "Audio Selection" again and this time select "Normal Mix".

Total Body Tri-Sets was not filmed to music (except for the warm-up and stretch) and thus exercises and movements will not match any music you select.

The music we used in Total Body Tri-Sets was chosen because it did not have a strong down beat because we did want the beat to determine how fast the exercise was done. In a workout like Total Body Tri-Sets your tempo will be determined by your fitness ability, the exercise itself, the weight you select and how fast your muscles and body fatigue.

The music we had made was originally recorded at 130 BPM, but this could have been changed after we received it either in part or in full - sorry just don't remember. But since the exercises are not filmed to a tempo their speed will constantly change up and down throughout the workout.
