STS legs and paper plate issues?

Cathe, I'm love STS!!!!!! I'm not loning the exercises w/ the paper plates. I feel like my form is all wrong, especially w/ the one leg slide back lunge, I feel my knee is coming too far over the toes as I lift up the lunge. I feel I'm concentrating too much on this and not doing the movement right. Side lunges aren't too bad, I feel my form is better. Any suggestions? Thank you, Kay
 
I find I lose form quickly in the back lunge with the plate. So, I'm not using weight at all until my endurance returns. Try the move without weights and to not lunge as deeply as you would if you were going to pick up the weight.
