jump exercise

Cathe, I have been wondering about that jumping exercise in the plyo legs workout. I tried that exercise at home, and when I do it at 12 inches, I feel the exercise in my legs, but more in my calves. Am I doing the correct technigue? If I am not, can you demonstrate the best way to do it for me? Thanx so much.
