I purchased the Cathe weighted gloves. The four finger holes are reinforced, but the thumb hole is not. The thumb hole, which is the greatest stress point in the gloves, is already tearing on both gloves. My suggestion is to reinforce the thumb holes so that the gloves do not tear.

Good suggestion. Mine are wearing in the thumb too.

I'd also like it if the gloves had a pad in the palm (maybe removable???). Layering the weighted gloves on top of my regular weightlifting gloves is a bit bulky, but so far I've just been dealing w/it...anyone else have this problem? Dont' know if this matters, but I do have fairly short fingers/small hands...

I agree on this issue. Making this a "closed" glove with padding on the palm as opposed to being open the way it is right now makes perfect sense; plus I agree with the previous postings about reinforcing the hole on the thumb side of the glove (I use the gloves for other workouts like PowerHour, Slow & Heavy, etc.).
