I have been using lifting hooks for some exercises such as deadlifts, rows, etc. and they really help take some of the stress off your forearms. The only problem is-they're kinda big. It would be nice if you could please market some smaller (female size) lifting hooks at a reasonable price. I know of one company that has ladies', but they are sorta pricey.
