I would like to see a Cathe Magazine which has the same features as the website with success stories, fitness tips, DVD and download features. It would be great advertising for Cathe. You might recruit new Cathelites. I would like to see articles on sports nutrition and supplements. I don't see Cathe endorsing many sports nutrition supplements, but boy, I tell you, I wouldn't be able to make it through STS weights without GAKIC and my muscle recovery-post workout supplement that I take. I used to ache to death after doing weights with Cathe. I would also like to see advertisements and how to order some of the clothes that she wears in some of her DVD's. Hey, maybe I could write articles about what I have studied on sports nutrition. I'm a nurse and have a wealth of knowledge on electrolytes and amino acids and staying healthy.
