Default Linking with Nutrition Software?

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this is already possible, and I simply haven't found it yet (I've only been using the nutrition software for about 3 days), but is there a way to link the nutrition software to the WM in terms of calories burned?

The range of calories the nutirion software has given me is fine, but on heavy workout days where I'm burning >700 calories, I need to eat more, and it pushes me over my 'limit' giving me a bad report card.

Obviously this isn't a big deal, but is there a way to link them so it adjusts your calorie limits according to your activity level on a day to day basis rather than just setting an overall activity level?

One other question - is there any way to customize your nutrient goals? Depending on what type of food paradigm you follow (i.e. type of diet - lower carb, higher fat, for example), or specific nutrition goals (i.e. lower sodium) can you adjust the daily intake goals within the software?

Thanks for a great product by the way - these are just small details that would be ideal for me, but I can work around them!

Currently it is not possible to do this, but perhaps in a future release.

I too would be very interested in the nutrition software "talking" to the workout manager.

That would really be one-stop-shopping.

Any thoughts of actually doing this? Almost 2 years from the original comment.
