I find it time consuming to update 1RM for a set of exercises.
I have to sort by name to find an exercise that I have a current 1 RM for. -if I pick from the drop-downs on the left it doesn't display the current 1RM value although I can update it. (I want to see the original value)/ -after doing one it doesn't remember my sort order, so I have to re-sort... Suggestions: 1 step update: Update all (or all upper or all lower) body exercises 1 RM by 5%. Not as accurate but time saving. A spreadsheet-like view to update more than one exercise (all or all for a specific DVD), or something similar to how you can currently edit a workout card. |

It just wouldn't make any sense to have a mass update. Just because you increase your squats by 5% does not meant that your 1RM for biceps curls also increases by 5%. There is just no correlation. I also don't think we could make recalculating your 1 RM much easier than it already is. All you have to do is click on the edit your 1RM icon next to an exercise on your workout card and just enter the weight you would like to use for that exercise. Your 1RM is automatically recalculated for you.
