2 issues - drop down boxes and Bonus Combos

Drop Down Box:
When selecting premixes for DVDs or cardio options within the Workout Manager the drop down box is not broad enough to show the full description. There are some options that cannot be seen at all, such as when selecting Cardio-Outdoor-Walking- Something about carrying objects..?

Bonus Combos:
On some of Cathe's DVDs which have two workouts, there is a Bonus Combo option that is not listed as a workout on the Workout Manager. For example, in Boot Camp + Muscle Endurance, there is a Bonus Combo which is not listed in the Workout Manager DVD or premix sections.
