I downloaded the STS/Shock Cardio workout. It appears on my calendar. The only problem I am having is when I click on a future date to see the workout for the day a message pops up that says "workout already saved" and it will not let me view it. It only allows me to view/make changes to the current day.
When I went through the tutorial, it does say you can click on any day and the workout details should pop up on the right side of the screen. Any suggestions?
