Hey SNM... Just a quick note that on many of the STS Disc Dropdowns for 1RM some of the actual exercises arent listed...
In other words... If I do ALL my 1RM for Disc 2 then I go to print the workout card there are 2+ exercises that are showing I didnt take the 1RM test... THEN I go back to exercise listing (List ALL - not just STS) and I find the one missing...I do 1RM and then it shows up. This happened on discs 2-3-4 today...Thats all I looked at tho.
