Streaming sadness

On demand and live were working great streaming from phone/iPad to Apple TV. A few days ago I (stupidly) updated Apple TV software and now streaming doesn't work

Video says it is being streamed to TV, progress bar is moving on the device but on the tv only spinner, never video.

Is there anything I can try to get it working again?

Apple TV software 6.1.1 (6698.99.19)

Scratch that. Restarted Apple TV and everything is working. Not sure why such a simple solution didn't occur to me earlier, chalking it up the the Monday ugglies
