You are right 4-5 litr water is enough for a day, water keeps you fresh and it helps our body in many way's. I drink 4 ltr in a day

Well Water is necessary for everybody to live. Water, has so many benefits
to our body. We should always drink healthy water. So drink water every day nine to ten glass daily. |

We need to maintain our body temperature. So that drunk filter water. Right now the weather is changeable and our body needs nutrition & as well as water and juice. So please be careful and use only filter water.
