Twist on crab cakes

1 ripe Fresh California Avocado
1 lemon
1 tsp chives
½ tsp dill
1 egg
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
¾ Cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 Pound crabmeat
salt and pepper to taste
garlic seasoned olive oil

Instructions

Chop avocado.
Cut lemon in 1/2 and squeeze 1/2 over avocado.
Beat egg, add mayonaise, mustard, chives, dill and 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
Add crab and avocado.
Season with salt and pepper.
Make into 6 patties.
Dip in remaining bread crumbs.
Heat oil and fry patties, turning once until browned.
Use remaing 1/2 lemon to slice and garnish.
