Hello,

Has anyone tried to bake with Stevia?

This is actually kind of funny.

I recently made a cake with the SteviaPlus (fiber) and it had a slight after taste. PLUS, I think the fiber made us use the bathroom significantly more than usual. After confirming that issue with my bf and co workers who also tried the cake, that cake landed in the trash.

I also attempted to make a cream cheese icing with Stevia - complete disaster. That was horrible tasting.

I am guessing I got the sugar conversions wrong.

So, has anyone had any success with baking with Stevia or could you recommend any stevia cookbooks?
