Default Peanut Butter Granola

Peanut Butter Granola:

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup wheat germ

Melt together butter, peanut butter and honey.
Add vanilla and salt.
Add oatmeal, wheat germ, flax seed and toss to coat completely.
Spread on baking sheet.
Bake at 300 about 20-25 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes.
Store at room temperature in sealed container.

This is my favorite granola to make...it is easy and delicious.

I made this tonight - it was delicious!
Bonus - my 7yo DD loved it too! She put hers in a bowl with some milk and ate it like cereal.

Thanks so much!
