Default Easy Bake Chicken-n-Rice

2 servings

1 pk Chicken Breast (2 breast)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
3/4 cup Brown Rice
1/2 tsp paprika, divided
1/2 tsp pepper,divided
1 cup of water
salt to taste

In a 8x8 pan, mix soup,water,rice, 1/4tsp of paprika and pepper. Place chicken breast on top of the rice mixture, turn to coat, sprinkle remaining paprika and pepper over top, cover with foil tightly and bake @ 350 for 40-45mins.

Delish....and simple Not sure the calories in this one

Thanks! I'm thinking about taking recipe and tweaking it - tofu instead of chicken, and adding broccoli. Yum!
