Hi daryn,
Nope, there isn't a nutrition guide that comes with STS...the "Users' Guide" that it comes with is a break down of all the workouts. Cathe does have a subscription nutrition software though..you can find it in the "Workout Manager", but I don't have any experience w/ it. HTH.
