I have just finished my second week of Meso 1 and I am loving it, especially the 2 leg workouts I have done. Has anyone done the leg workouts two times a week rather than one and if so what were your results and how did you plan out your week? I am definitely feeling them! The first one I really felt it, and the second is just some really good soreness!

I think this is a great idea...that is the one thing that I felt was missing for me was another day of legs when I did STS...I was used to at least 2 days of weight work for legs. When I start it back up again, I will do 2 days of legs a week.

i did & i liked it and didn't feel it was too much. also, loved when i got to Meso 3 & did plyo legs & squat rack legs.
