Missy and Carolyn, looks like we were all posting at the same time!

Carolyn, I don't know what else you have. Intensity is an intense step workout, so if you have an IMAX that would work. The 4ds workouts are only 30 mins, so for boot camp maybe a shorter premix of the original bootcamp. The Hiits are only 30 mins too, but much more intense, so maybe a premix of afterburn or even drill max (cardio only). Athletic step is a steady state step workout, about 45 mins., so I would think any steady state workout could be substituted for that. And STS total body is trisets for total body, and there is a Total Body premix on the Total Body trisets from LIS that would be perfect. Hope that helps!

Morning ladies!

Well, we were going to go the zoo in Minneapolis today but the weather is so iffy we decide to try another weekend and just stay home. Clouds are looking full of rain today!

Mark is handling this rental situation pretty well. I'm really proud of him. Normally, in the past, he'd be in such a bad mood for days and days when bad stuff happened. He always had such a hard time keeping a positive attitude but he's really come a long way from when we first met. The eviction process is really expensive (lawyer) and it will cost us a lot to clean up the place, paint, re-carpet,etc. Like I said, we can't wait to get rid of this place! Anyone wanna buy a duplex???

I think today I'm going to try Horizonatal Conditioning (either volume 1 or 3) and then tomorrow I'm going to do the full premix of Trisets total body. I hear ya on the difficulty of using Cathe's rotations, Carolyn. I have lots of her workouts but I don't want to do step if I can help it, even now that I have a lot them now from when I tried to do it last month. I wish she'd put alternatives to step aerobics in parentheses when she puts out her rotations. I'd love to try the Rock bottoms one! I want a rock bottom! lol

Mary- I love KPC, too! I love the combos in that one! Here's hoping she makes KPC 2!

Okay, I'd better get breakfast going. The kids are hungry!

Hello Again! I went to town and and got groceries, came home put them away. Cooked lunch. And now.....

I am going out to do some yard work and garden work.

Jean---I am glad to hear your mom bounched back so quick. That is wonderful.

My plans for my afternoon workout is: The entire Total Body Trisets.

Hi girls,

Finished packing and waiting till the appointed hour. Ours is a later flight.

I was feeling bad that I was going to miss out on such a gorgeous weekend, but today has totally clouded over!

Wishing your respective hubbies Happy Father's Day tomorrow!

Where did Rock Bottom come from? PH? One of Cathe's latest? Did I miss something?

Being a landlord can be a nightmare, and I can't ever forget some movies I've watched where they depict tenants from heck! Glad to police could help. Good luck Colleen!

Carolyn, what a teaser your sis was only over for 2 hours! Can she stay at your place when she comes to town? I have my sis stay here; that way we can talk late into the night.

Jean and Mary, best outcomes for your moms!

Last night was a blast. I didn't win but I guess that's what happens when you bet on names alone haha! Oh well it was fun nonetheless.

Tony's interview went really well. Now just to wait for an offer.

At work now but almost done. YAY!

Colleen- That renter sounds horrible. Thank goodness you got them out!

Missy- Way to rock AB. Hoping you get DOMS tomorrow

Carolyn- YAY! Way to win the game. I know you're not huge into step but you could do Low Impact Challenge instead of Athletic Step. I checked out that rotation and it looks rough.

Mary- This is why I don't lend out Cathe DVD's. The one time I did she kept it way too long and and then didn't even do it. If only people knew how much Cathe rocked.

Jean- Happy to hear your mom is doing so well

Betty- Have a good flight!

Good Morning! So, I didnt get to do Tri Sets yesterday. I got so busy in the yard. We did 4 hrs of work. When I came inside it was 6:30, had to cook, then had to run to town to get horse grain for the week. We we got the evening barn chores done, it was 9 o'clock. And, I was exhausted!

So, today I will do Today Body Trisets!

Off to workout, just wanted to pop in!!!!

Marie---Glad you had fun at the horse races!

Carolyn--- Congrats on winning the championships!!! I hope your knee is feeling better. Maybe you need to consider getting the MRI done. I would hate for you to suffer like this!

Betty---Have a wonderful trip!

Hello!

I did High Reps this morning. That one made me realize how much I prefer lifting heavy weights.

Then we went strawberry picking so I can make Strawberry shortcake for dessert tonight. That will be a real treat. These strawberries do not compare in any way to those hard things we get in the supermarket!

Carolyn, congrats on your son's team win. We have a softball round robin today, and then softball is over. My daughter is really enjoying it. And I hope your daughter feels better!

Missy, it sounds like you got a workout yesterday anyway, just not a formal Cathe workout. It all counts!

Jean, Drill Max sounds like it was made for you, so glad you had the same reaction the 2nd time around. My Mom moved to a condo close to me a few years ago and has been living on her own, but we have been looking at independent/assisted living. There is a place right next to her that has an opening, we need to follow up. I will feel better if I know she is getting some social interaction and is eating well.

Good Afternoon! I did CSS this morning, and was sweating like crazy. I literaly had sweat dripping off my face! I love it when I get that out of a workout. I then went out and finished my garden work. Just ate lunch, and I am now baking peanut butter cookies for my hubby!!!

Carolyn---I hope your daughter fels better, and hopefully you and your family have a lovely day on the water!

Jean---Thanks for always saying such nice things about me! You truely are a sweetheart! I am very excited to have lost a few more pounds. I have never been so happy with myself. I am truely addicted to exercise. If only everyone would get on the exercise wagon!!! hahaha---that will never happen. But, they are the one's losing. Not us!!!! Good job with drill max. I love that one too. I try to incorporate it in my weekly workouts. But, I have so many, sometimes I forget.

Mary---Good luck with the ALF. It is so nice to see the elderly in there being able to socialize with others. I am a huge fan of ALF's. Alot of my patients, live there and they are always telling me about, games night, movie day, crafts .... If my mom needed help, I would deffinately try to find a spot in one for her. Best wishes for your mom!!!

Okay, the timer just went off....gotta go! Don't want to burn the cookies!

Late check in.
No workout today. We ended up going to my mom and dad's farm to grill and hang out. My parents live waaaaay out in the boondocks! That's where I grew up! Nine miles from the small town (less than 2500) where I went to school. I could never live out there so isolated anymore. Almost too much nature! lol

I stupidly drank coffee with my sisters at 6:00 pm and now I'm wide awake. Probably won't help being on the computer though!

Tomorrow will hopefully be Hiit 40/20. I haven't done that one in awhile. I love Hiit workouts!

Jean- I'm so happy Drill Max made you feel a million bucks again! That's so awesome, isn't it? I LOVE endorphins!!!

Carolyn- I'm sorry about your daughter feeling sick. I hope she feels better tomorrow!

Mary- my sister just went strawberry picking yesterday with my little nephew. She's so good about doing that kind of stuff with him. She'll go blueberry picking, take him to the apple orchards in the fall or the pumpkin patches. I really should be better about doing that stuff instead of just waiting to get seasonal produce from the grocery store! She did say the bugs were awful though and it was really hot!

Okay, better try to read a book or something to get sleepy...

Good Morning ladies! It's monday again!

I did my morning cardio. And feel great! Now off to work.

Colleen---I live in the country and love it! I can walk out side naked if I wanted too!!! hahaha Our house is located 10 miles from town. We have a plantation that backs up to our property behind us and in front of us. We do have a few neighbors, but you can't see there house from ours because we have trees on the property line! When you have horses you can't exactly live in town. But, I have lived in the country my whole life. Don't think I could survive in the city!!!

Marie---You have to buy Drill Max. It is awesome!!!! Congrats on the becoming a Cathlete, you were a cathlete before though!!!!

Carolyn---I hope you daughter is feeling better!!!
