I was born with my mom's slim build and with that came what has seemed to be the impossible mission of building muscle. Through all my years of doing resistance training, sweating and groaning through agonizing reps with heavy weights, I never could achieve the muscle definition I wanted. Then I tried STS. I'm nearing the end of my first round of STS (doing the pyramid) and at a Christmas party last weekend one of my friends said to me several of the ladies were talking about how muscular my arms have gotten. This is the first time in my life I've been able to develop the muscle definition I always dreamed of. I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am I found Cathe and her workouts

This has been my experience, too. I really layered on the muscle by using STS. I am not blessed with your slim build, but the muscle-building worked through STS better than anything I have done in the past 25 years!
